This is a small studio and the kitchen is good for light meals but probably not satisfactory for big meals. Ideal for one person, but it can accommodated two. Our guess is two people for a 30 day or more stay would be too tight.

About the locale

Mont-de-Marsan is a small city, and a very typical French town. It is not considered a tourist draw, and has relatively few English-speakers. It offers a moderate winter and less wind that other parts of the Southwest. It has a good weekly market and is quite affordable.
