Terrasse

AngersApartment

Biggest pluses

Spacious, well-furnished (including kitchen tools), ground floor and short walk to transportation and commerce. Gorgeous small private terrace!

Perfect for

A couple, or two family members who don’t mind sharing a bed. Sleeping in the living room also allows for those wanting to host guests, or the living room could serve as a 2nd bedroom. Spacious, well equipped kitchen/dining room. The private terrace opening off the bedroom is a rare gem.

Good to know

Very few, if any peculiarities — just about perfect. There could be some street noise when the nearby lycee lets out of school late afternoon. . The apartment is on a quite narrow street and free parking could be difficult to find
