Someone who doesn’t mind stairs, Someon who cooks. Someone who can appreciate this particular outdoor spot…not fancy but truly wonderful location.

Good to know

No washing machine. A laundry service is right across the street, but that might be a major disadvantage for those staying longer. First set of stairs up does not have a railing. Stairs are relatively steep (not the worst but not easy) so this apartment would not work with someone with mobility difficulties. No television.

Uzes is a uniquely liveable town, whose crown jewel is it’s central Place Aux Herbes. Exquisite architecture, eminently walkable, superb nature nearby, a mix of old & new residents. Uzes’s only major minus: no train, buses dependable but limited schedules.
